The location is great if you don't want to be in the midst of all if the traffic. Everyone was very polite, especially the doorman. The decor was awesome in the lobby as well as the room. There were a few minor things that need a little attention in room 204. There was a crack un the sink. The ceiling is peeling, and hair was left begin.d in the shower. I still lived the room. Equipped with a double vanity and a glass shower, I was in heaven. Room service was okay. There wad not much on the menu, but they did what they could to accommodate their guest. the gym is well equipped, and you can see out into the streets as you work out. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I will stay again.

I chose this hotel for convenient access to attend my son's graduation, the reason for the trip. I was delighted with my choice. Small hotel on Printer's Row, convenient location, easy to get around. Room was up to date, clean & quiet. Other visitors seemed to be from abroad, & far cooler than I am. Free morning coffee & pastries needed work, but they said they were working on it, & am sure it is much better by now. I'd stay there again, any day.

Hotel was clean. Beds were fresh and comfy. The free wi-fi was hit and miss. We were 6 floors up and the signal was very weak. We had to go down to the lobby to get a good enough signal to use the internet. Our room faced out into the alley, where construction was going on. Horrible view and horrible noise to wake up to. But, as we were going out and about during the day, this wasn't much of an issue as it was quiet at night. The free breakfast was a little bland. They offered the typical- fruit, bagels, juice, coffee, and tea. This is fine, but when you stay more than 3 days, it get's a little old. Despite these minor negatives, the hotel price was decent, especially for the location. We were close enough to most major attractions that we could walk everywhere. And the bus stop to go to the museums was just down the street. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. He directed us to some great restaurants and told us who to ask for at the restaurant to get exceptional service and even some discounts. Would definately consider staying here again.
