This is one of the best hotels I've ever been in. "SHOWTIME" ( Greg, the evening concierge) is the best. He let us know exactly where everything was and how to get to it and if he had discounts he let us know about them too. The room was So EXCELLENT!!!!! It provided enough room for 3 1/2 people and guests. I had an great time. Note: The bar is open at 7 p.m. in the lobby and the wine is extravagant. This establishment is a fine one and I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went right before the "Taste of Chicago" began and Lake Shore Drive was cut off So we got to play in the streets like BIG Kids. I felt 6 all over again. This is one of the best stays for the price you pay. Let me know when ya'll have some room discounts.

We just got back from our visit to Chicago and we had a wonderful time. One of the reasons for the success of the trip is this hotel! I can't say enough about this place. It is cute, staff wonderful,and very helpful, clean and comfortable bed, pretty, safe neighborhood, convenient( the el lines are all close), breakfast was very good and wonderful cheerful dining space that also doubles as a wine bar in the evening. It is even walking distant from most things, but we are walkers so distance that never bothers us. If we return to Chicago, we will be staying here.
