Great package deal. This stay was for my husbands R&R from Afghanistan. Hotel was great to us for we had to change our reservations which initially was an issue since it was booked through a third party but with some persistance we were able to change our dates of stay and still get the same price. This was greatly appreciated for we are unable to control our service men and woman being able to return to country exactly when scheduled. Thank you Hyatt. Continental breakfast is also fabulous, great cooks.

We felt like we were right in the middle of the action. Really enjoyed sitting by the river at The Landing and listening to the music in the afternoon. Anything we wanted was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the location is amazing right on the riverwalk. The only issue we had was when we got to the hotel there was nobody around. We tried to check in and there was nobody at the desk. The self check-in kiosks were all out of order and we had to go behind the desk to the staff 'break area' to find someone. After the marathon of checking in, we had to find out how to park our car. The valet parking attendant was nowhere to be found and after waiting 30 minutes we decided to self park and were told our room key would get us into the parking lot. The key didn't get us in so we had to get a ticket to park and were charged 54.00 for 1 night of parking. Other than that the hotel was great.

My first night in San Antonio was wonderful, the room looked incredible, until I laid down to sleep and next thing I felt was a spider crawling on my arm by my head. When I turned the light on I saw the spider running down the other side of the bed. It was a black spider the size of a nickel coin. There should be an option to select allergy free or down pillows/comforters. This room had these and sent me into an allergy attack. Juan was incredible in finding me another room without down pillows & comforters and no spiders. Everyone who helped me was incredible. Excellent customer service!!!
