I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The staff was warm friendly. I felt welcomed every time they greeted me. The staff was also very knowledgeable. They provided me with places to visit and easy to understand directions on how to get to my destinations. The directions also came with an estimate trip cost and estimate trip time. I especially loved the Fitness Room. It had treadmills, exercise bikes dumbells, machines, and free weights. There was a locker room, indoor pool, lounge & massage room. The best part was that it came complementary with my stay at the hotel.

Located in an industrial and business park 5+ subway stops from the south city center. It was very difficult to find food outside the hotel after about 6pm. In addition, the room service was awful: I stayed for 5 nights and after the second and fourth nights I had to call for more soap because they don't refill or replace the shower supplies when they clean the rooms.
