Was pretty disappointed with my stay at the Hampton Inn, starting with my front desk experience with a clerk who apparently had better things to do, like text, which I caught her doing, when I had to return because I couldn't get in my room: my fault. However, HER fault, it was freezing and she directed me to an entrance that was not accessible ,it apparently remains locked?? (she didn't know or forgot to tell me, one or both) and I spent a solid five minutes outside with my baby trying to get in. Second, the rooms are crowded. Like they were built years ago and the needs of travelers of today were not considered. Third, the comforters, though white, had visible faded stains...they should replace them. Finally, I will not stay here again, based on customer service alone, as I could overlook the other issues I had. There are excellent alternatives in the same price range in the area. On a positive note, housekeeping was top notch, efficient and friendly. They should run the place.

We went to North Carloina from Wisconsin, I was very suprised, the room was really clean, and the bath room was bigger than i thought. We were very happy with our room, and the hospitality was excellent, the breakfast was superb. After that long drive, they were very helpful. I would definitly go back there on my next trip. A BIG thank you to all the staff, especially the cook. Two thumbs up in my book :)

I have never been greeted by such kind and courteous staff at a hotel as I was at this Hampton. The whole hotel was clean and well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious. The most pleasant surprise was the breakfast. It was the ""normal"" free hotel breakfast, but presented nicely and constantly maintained. The lady maintaining the breakfast bar brought us mints and picked up our dirty plates before we had a chance to! Would definitely stay there again!
