  Room was not clean and very outdated; when I called the front desk to let them know they told me that they had no other rooms, however they did credit my account $50.00; otherwise they were not very helpful or compassionate.

  This was my first casino resort stay and it was a weeknight stay, but I was very impressed with this hotel. The room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. There was a good variety of restaurants in the hotel and the casino was well staffed. The room was very reasonably priced, as were food and drink prices.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. The casino was nice and big, the Pool was amazing. I especially liked how they had events here. I enjoyed eating at all of the restaurants. My room was fantastic and very relaxing. Best Vacation I've had so far.

• BED BUGS

  I only stayed in this hotel because my regular hotel was booked, and thought i got this room for a great deal, being as tho is a five star right, ...

  I only stayed in this hotel because my regular hotel was booked, and thought i got this room for a great deal, being as tho is a five star right, NO! I checked in around 630P and went back out 15 mins later, only to return around 4am. I went to sleep and felt bitting, but just thought i was just really sleepy. Well i woke up to find bed bugs in the entire bed. I was freaked out!! I called the front desk to speak with a manager and was told I couldnt speak with one and i would have to see a nurse and the security to fill out a loss prevention report! HUH? I hung up and went down stairs to check out and show them pictures and video, and the "supervisor" said the policy is I would need to see a nurse and fill out a report. No sorry, i will comp you a room, no anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. The rooms below average, the bathrooms are beautiful. DONT STAY HERE!
