I really like the hotel but was very disappointed with my room. It was an handicap room which means me and my husband didn't had the luxury of a tub in our roomUGH all we had was a stand up shower :-( and when I got to the room and called the front desk the lady wasn't very helpful in getting us a new room. I wouldn't stay @ this hotel again. Didn't like it

Hotel is far from the broadwalk, but the Waterfront tower is new, clean and the staffs are helpful., Restaurants are expensive in the hotel, but they are nice. Foods are OK. Room service is great!

This vacation was a wonderful casino experience. The free total rewards shuttle was very nice. The hotel was fabulous and elegant. However, the $150. cost for a cab from the Phil airport to Atlantic City was a big surprise (the subway trip back was $25 and very relaxing). Also, there is nothing within walking distance to the hotel, so all meals and activities had to be at the hotel. There are very few restaurants in the surrounding area of the boardwalk and safety.
