The Casino was nice, but it took forever to check in on a thursday and when we went to the room finally there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I killed it and didnt inform my wife because all heck would of broke loose. And I was tired from the drive and the waiting. I did not want to wait two more hours for another room. So I looked for others, didnt find them, called it a night. Anyway that was my first experience with finding a cockroach in the room. Which was disgusting. So perhaps they need to spend more on pest control.

The employees were rude, slow and inefficient (waited about an hour for them to bring us some toilet paper and in the end they brought us a blanket instead). The housekeepers entered our room twice even though we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. When we called the front desk to complain we were yelled at and told that housekeeping has the right to do so. That, combined with paper-thin walls (you can hear the neighbors snore at night!!!), makes this hotel a bad choice if you want to kick back and relax during your stay. Do yourself a favor and stay at Borgata instead - you will be glad you did.

the hotel is located about a mile from the boardwalk.It is very large,45 stories.Being that neither me or my companion gamble the onsite casino was more of a distraction.The pool was very nice,though its free hours of operation are limited.

I was a little skeptical about staying here when reading some of the past reviews ...especially the review about the bed bugs, but i am happy we chose this hotel. It was very, nice, and comfortable. It was a great value for the dollar! The beds were comfortable, The pool area is gorgeous, and slots were Hot. The view from the waterfront tower is nice and relaxing. Future advice is don't be fooled by the past negative reviews and just try it for yourself!
