the hotel is nice and the front desk are very nice to foreigners like my self. however, my thai friend who checked in a different room clearly received different treatment. i think that this kind of disperity is unacceptable in a hotel of this quality. I understand that thai hospitality businesses tend to treat foreigners with greater care but that attitude and mentality needs to change. my thai friend paid more than what i paid for the same room and he was treated with lesser courtesy by the staff throughout our stay.
