  I liked the hotel very much, it is a small hilton hotel, with a lot of attention to detail, rooms are not very big but nicely done, breakfast is awesome ...

  I liked the hotel very much, it is a small Hilton Hotel, with a lot of attention to detail, rooms are not very big but nicely done, breakfast is awesome with great Bosphorus view, internet was included, a great roof top terrace. Thank you!

  The rooms were okay. the service was very poor. we had trouble getting our luggage sent to our room . it took about two hours to get it. we paid over $*. ...

  The rooms were okay. The service was very poor. We had trouble getting our luggage sent to our room . It took about two hours to get it. We paid over $*. a night for our room and it was definitely not worth it. I purchased a bowl in one of the shops. A salesgirl took my money while the shop owner wrapped up the bowl. He switched the bowl and gave me a very poor quality bowl. I did not discover this until I returned home and unwrapped the bowl. I contacted the Hilton by email, but never received a reply. We will not go back to Istanbul and may not use Hilton hotels again.
