Could have been better !! Had troulde getting towels when from maid after she "cleaned "(Jk ) would leave five wash clothes and one towel for four people . The other situation was the "bugs(cockroaches)" When I told front desk clerk once he was done on his personal phone call ,it didn't seem to bother him that we where upset about it . I read other reviews and took a chance ,my mistake

I would have liked to have given this hotel a decent review due to price and location near the airport and the amazing friendliness of the front desk staff on check-in. However, issues outweighed the benefits. First; while the room appeared clean, there were many cockroaches in the room. These were not the 'palmetto bugs' very often seen in Florida, these were the cockroaches associated with unclean environments. My daughter and I did not feel safe in this hotel, due to the location of both the hotel and the entrance to our room. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard. For better or worse, I am a smoker. There were no ashtrays in the room and when I called the front desk they said they were "out of ashtrays" and I should use a cup of water. The hotel was virtually empty. They couldnt find any ashtrays anywhere?

Starting with the front desk clerk Michelle..very rude! The room was filthy it looked like they didn't change the bedsheets, the sink was clogged, garbage on the floor. Coffee and filter still in the coffee pot. Broken AC. The clerk said there was nothing she could do and if we left we would be charged the two nights we had booked. Never again!

Bedspread stained, bathroom still dirty (hair), broken light, TV didn't work. Asked for assistance . Was told ESPN and FOX were premium stations and that's why ?????? Asked for another room and was told No. Checked out and went elsewhere. Call Manager and no return call back after 48 hours later.
