We booked this hotel because of its location and prior good reviews. While it was easy to get to and a nice hotel, we found the customer service to be lacking. We arrived later in the evening to find out that they had booked a 1000 person wedding that night and therefore had no parking left for hotel guests on site (had I not asked where to park in the first place, the agent checking us in wouldn't have even told us this.) The valets out front were impatient and less than helpful in directing us to an alternate site across the street, which still costs us $21/night. We were not offered any assistance with our luggage and were left to gather it all ourselves, along with 2 tired children, across the street and into our rooms. Also, we found the other guests in the hotel loud and obnoxious as they were partying into the night after the wedding and a Braves game. The only saving grace of our stay was a kind host in the restaurant named John who helped us when we were looking for a meal. Would not recommend this location if you are actually wanting to sleep at any point on a weekend night, and if you are looking for a staff that cares about their guests.

06/14/2012This hotel has a very friendly staff. even though we had loud people with us, we were still treated with respect. i would recommend this hotel to anyone i know.

Overall, the hotel and our stay was very pleasant. This is a very nice hotel. However, I did wake up on the lat day with bites and there several. Appeared to be bed bug bites even though the hotel appeared to be clean.
