When selecting our hotel. I chose this hotel based on parking fees( they are outrageous) The description said $*a day on front page. The real amount was on the directions page???? I have GPS so I did not go to this page. Upon arrival we were told it would be $* as we have an SUV. Spoke with Corporate customer service and was told someone would call me. No one ever called however I did receive and email telling me that the rates were CLEARLY visible on that directions page. Tried calling no-one would return my call so i sent email on to corporate. have not heard a thing. WOW for $*, you would think the Hilton would have honored the customer is always right, especially when the $* page was emailed. I will continue to let everyone I know about this experience. Hiltons are now off my list. Shame on customer service!

I've been fortunate to stay at many 4 and 5 star hotels which has spoiled me somewhat and I usually find several things to complain about at most places we stay. However, the Hilton on Courtland St. really exceeded my expectations and totally satisfied this jaded traveler. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. The room was the type and size I expected and very clean, very quiet, and with all the expected amenities in working order. The free continental breakfast was more than adequate. Also, there is a Trader Vic's in the hotel and once inside, you did not feel at all like you were in hotel. In fact, it may have been nicer than the T.V. in LA on Wilshire where I've been many times. All in all a very comfortable stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to business travelers or for a quick getaway. My only minor complaints - that the bathroom was a bit small and the hotel pool was outdoor only and did not have a hot tub.

First, the hotel had booked me for 2 rooms - and I ordered 1. I was told that it was "against their policy" to credit one fo the rooms. I had to speak to 4 managers (of this and that) and still do not know if the bill was adjusted. "Could I find someone else to take one of them?" Restaurant food was fine; breakfast buffet was super. It prooved impossible to reach the hotel staff, no matter which extension was tried. The room A/C was preset to be very warm, and would return to that temp automatically no matter what we set it at. We have stayed at many Hilton Hotels, and never had any of the problems we encountered at this hotel. We will choose a different hotel next time we have to be in Atlanta.

I must say my one night stay was very nice. The Room was very clean and neat, the beds were very comfortable. Items in the Hotel and lobby are abit pricey, but should be expected in a Hotel and city as such. I would definitly stay again. R. Luke
