    The hotel was amazing and the concierge service was good in the end but $22 per day parking is ridiculous and the woman who registered us when we arrived misinformed us that we would pay that fee once. This hotel is located in a great location in terms of restaurants and shopping. The room was cleaned daily.

    The hotel was very nice, as were the rooms. However several issues, as follows. 1. They charged 25 a night to park in the garage which was absurd in my opinion. 2. If you plan on bringing a pet plan on forking out another 75 on a nonrefundable pet fee. 3. Finally, its a major hotel - in a large city, yet they dont offer free wifi? I cant remember the last time I've experienced this while paying for some service.

    I am usually the traveler checking these reviews, not writing them, but this hotel was worth it. Upon checking into the hotel, I inquired about a hotel upgrade. Since it was 4 of us staying that weekend, we figured why not make the most of our stay. We were told the upgrade would be an additional $40 per night, so $120 total. In that upgrade we were told our room would be on the Executive Level and the room would be much bigger than the standard room. Well we were on the Executive level, but the room was standard size, with an EXTREMELY small bathroom. We were also told we had FREE Continental Breakfast until 11am, Honors bar from 5pm-11pm, and horderves from 7pm-11pm. Well by the end of our trip with many failed attempts to have breakfast, to enjoy the "Honors Bar", and to have some horderves, we learned that upgrade only applied to DIAMOND CLUB MEMBERS. Well that would have been helpful upon checking in. Our room cards stopped working twice and the internet code did not work for WiFi. Upon checking out I was also given a bill for $141 including the "upgrade" and noticed that there was another charge on my account for $341 that Guest Services couldn't explain. I will not be staying at the Hilton Atlanta again.

    It is hard to believe that a large hotel chain like this still doesn't offer free wi-fi in the rooms. I was told it was available only in the lobby and that guests had to pay extra for it. The parking was also pretty high. Otherwise the hotel was nice. The maid on our floor was very good and very helpful.

    First, let me say that the service was excellent. But, I do have a couple of issues. I don't like the fact that I can't take a luggage cart to my room to get my own luggage. I do not like the low ceiling in the parking garage. I do not like the fact that there is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. When I ordered pizza 1 day I was unable to heat it up the next day because of the lack of a microwave. I did ask a couple of staff members but they were unable to help me. Also, I did not like the 21 dollar fee per day to park in the parking garage. To whom it may concern, if I have a couple of issues and another guest have a couple of issues shouldn't all of the issues be resolved by now. I'm jus saying. Or, is it that some of the reviews or not taken that seriously. Shouldn't negative feedback bring on a positive change.
