  The shower handle came off the wall, the features on tv did not work. and by far the worst, the toilet was backed up, and when i called to complain, ...

  The shower handle came off the wall, the features on tv did not work. And by far the worst, the toilet was backed up, and when I called to complain, they brought me a plunger!!! When I asked to be moved to another room we were told all nine floors were full! There were only seven cars in parking lot! This was by far in over 40 years of traveling, our worst stay at any hotel!

  This hotel is located in a great location, with plenty of varied restaurants and shopping. There is quick access to highways and is easy to get to and from places of interest. Parking ramp is free. It's not four-star, but a good value for your money. I would stay here again. Staff is very friendly, too.

  Quick check-in, friendly folks. Parking is free, room was clean. Bed was too hard for my liking and the towels were classic hotel towels: small and rough. The best part about the stay was the price. I would stay here again due to the location in relation to family.
