Staff was extremely helpful. Great free breakfast and happy hour. Lots of shopping and dining in area. A little hard to find, minimal signage at street and hotel is set back from road. No free wi-fi. We were with kids so the suite gave us the privacy we needed. Be sure to ask about the 'Joke Of The Day', the kids loved it!

From made-to-order omelettes and Belgian waffles to oatmeal and bagels, a great free breakfast. Very helpful staff: TV did not have CC, so they sent a tech to install a special box for hard-of-hearing guest! Th Joke of the Day always gave me something to tell the kids.

This hotel was close to everything and the suite was spacious. I like having a "real" suite with seperate rooms. There would be plenty of room if traveling with kids. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Over all, this place has a great atmosphere.

For business travel, it's a great value for the money. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast could be better â the eggs are poured from a carton â but it's a solid 3-star, stay-comfortable-and-get-your-work-done kind of hotel.

We stayed at this hotel on 1/18/09 for just one night. Here are my impressions: Room: It was a little smaller than I was expecting (standard 2 room King suite, w/ pull-out), but it was very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave available. Be forewarned that while the hotel has wireless Internet, there is a $7 charge/24 hours (not mentioned anywhere). There is limited cable available (local stations, HBO, CNN, TBS, etc, but only two kids stations (Cartoon and Nick)). Tip: The thermostat is behind the bedroom door. There was some road noise from the nearby I-275 freeway...not enough to bother me, but others may want to opt for a room on the opposite site of the hotel. Common areas: These were also very nice and well maintained. The atrium is spacious, albeit a little noisy at times. The free breakfast was good, cooked to order omelets, waffles, etc. plenty of juices, sodas, coffee, etc. (Tip: The food trays are at the far left of the dining line in a separate kiosk). The manager's reception serves house wine, beer or *well* drinks. We spent most of our time in the pool area. The waterfall is fun for the kids but makes the area noisy. The whirlpool was a little slow to warm up but was otherwise fine. Tip: The whirlpool controls are on a timer near the pool entrance. Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful (they serve you with a smile). As I mentioned, the room and common areas were all very clean and well maintained, so they do a good job. Tip: Be sure to ask for a reception/breakfast ticket at check-in, ours forgot to give us one. Food: Was delivered on-time, some of it had cooled.
