This hotel was riddled with issues.
03/19/2013Upon arrival i was informed that my reservation had not been made only find out that it was there the whole time. we also came home with bedbug bites.

I was very pleased with this motel. The room was super clean and had no odors, only new carpet smell. It was quiet and the nighttime manager was very friendly. The breakfast was only a honey bun and a drink, but it was enough for us. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Chattanooga.

We needed a place just to rest overnight on our way from Michigan to Florida. We've stayed in Ruby Falls at the Holiday Inn Express and the Baymont Inn. We also needed a place that allowed pets. We were able to get a 1st floor room which was a dream come true. We were pleased when we entered the room to find a fresh cleaned smell. The room looked as though it had been recently remodelled/refreshed. We had a refrigerator and microwave. The only complaint is that the bed was a little firm for our liking. We ate at the Logan Roadhouse but in the past we've also eaten at the Top China Buffet that are located right across the street on either side of Walmart. We would stay again and would recommend it to friends. You can't beat it for the price!

Room was very clean and view of Lookout Mountain great from second floor but if you are looking for a motel with all the frills don't stay here. It is a ok motel if you are just looking to sleep and shower. We had a king sized bed and it was hard.
