The room seemed smaller than other places in this price range. The lighting was poor and lightbulbs were missing from some of the fixtures. Construction noise across the driveway started up by 8:00 a.m. Our room keycard malfunctioned and it took a few minutes to get someone to help us. And the directions to this Days Inn were very wrong on Google Maps and on our updated Garmin--we never did figure out why it was so confusing because it wasn't a new building.

My son and I stopped at the Days Inn in Cloverdale while we were on a week long trip checking out potential colleges. The first room that they put us in the lights on the night stands did not work. We called the front desk to see if we could get some one to fix the lights, the person at the front desk said she was the only one on staff and that she would get to us as soon as she could. While we were waiting we decided to go to the lobby and get a soft drink. When we got to the lobby the woman at the desk was watching a rerun of Cheers. We went back to our room waited another hour and then called again about the lights. The woman at the front desk said she didn't think she could get to us but if we wanted we could come down and get akey to another room. We got a new room the lights worked but the place was shabby. I would never stay at the Days Inn in Cloverdale again.

The staff was friendly, breakfast was the basic typical continental, not bad. the room had a tile floor bathroom that was damp and sweating. Close to many restaraunts and easy to find off the highway.

I reserved a room at this hotel for a business trip. Upon arriving, the front desk was very rude in answering my questions. More importantly, when checking into the room, there is no dead bolt locks on the doors!! Being a female business traveler, safety is a primary concern to me. When asking the front desk if they had rooms that had deadbolts, they said no. I then went next door to stay at another hotel. I have called numerous times to have them refund my ccard since I did not end up staying the night, but the rude lady at the front desk said only the manager can refund my card. She tells me he is in at one time, then I call then, and he hasn't arrived yet. He has also yet to return my call. It has been 5 days since my trip with no resolution to this problem. Very rude and not customer service friendly at all. Overall, terrible experience with this hotel.

cold water, cobwebs, mold & mildew, dirty linens, locks didn't work on door, housekeeping did not visit room for entire 3 day stay. Management was not receptive to complaints. Other guest had same expreience on the same weekend.
