This hotel was very nice and clean.There was always someone there to help with our luggage or any questions. If you needed anything-it was brought within 5 min. If you are a light sleeper though-be prepared for the nightclubs and the noise on the weekends.They did supply earplugs for light sleepers which worked great! Always was clean and ready when we got back from our daily excursions. Close to everything-places to eat,close to Kuhio Beach,the International Marketplace and lots of other places.

Very convenient location but insufficient parking
02/03/2011With its location in downtown waikiki, the hotel is commendable. there is insufficient parking even their overflow parking is not enough.

This hotel was very nice, the view from the high floor we stayed on was lovely, and the staff was quite friendly. The location was really convenient to shopping,restaurants. On the other hand, there was no coffee in the lobby, the bathroom was a little small, and the parking underneath (at $20/day) was inadequate. If you left your spot, you may not get one there when you came back. Arrangements for alternative parking was inconvenient.

Room was clean and the daily service never seemed to miss a beat. Courteous and helpful. Had room on outside next to alley leading to the International Market Place, and was noisey until wee hours, but not too the point of losing sleep.
