I really liked staying at the Aqua Wave. It was really well priced for the location of the hotel. It's about a block and a half from the beach which made it really easy to get to and from the busier parts of Waikiki. I would definitely stay there again. Mahalo!

This was a great hotel for the price that we paid. My wife and I came here to Oahu for our honeymoon. It was in a fantastic location, and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. There is a great little French bakery right next to it, and the pastry is fantastic. I recommend having breakfast there at least once. There is also a Denny's close by. A little hint about Oahu: ABC stores are your best friend. They are on EVERY corner, and they have just about everything you will need. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value, great location, with relatively friendly staff. I do recommend staying on as high a floor as you can, as it's pretty noisy on ground level well late into the night.

02/06/2011The hotel staff were great, the room was very nice and clean and big enough for 2 women; centrally located/within walking distance. use the earplugs-noisy at 3am.
