We had a great stay at the Waikiki Wave. Super friendly staff, easy access to the beach, dining & shopping. Didn't love the rooms where they allowed pets, but we were able to change rooms and were quite pleased.

I really couldn't say enough about what a good place this was for a week in Hawaii. I didn't have to pay big beach prices, yet I was a 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches. The market was right there and I enjoyed walking through there, eating some very good food and finding some wonderful bargains. The hotel was clean, comfortable and affordable. Right on the bus line, it was easy access for going anywhere! Wonderful concierge. With her I got a huge savings on my rental car! It doesn't get any better than Aqua Wave! So glad I found it.

Loved the hotel, room comes with ear plugs if it gets too noisy. Front staff takes care of your needs - they were wonderful. Fantastic location, nicely decorated rooms and very roomy. I not only highly recommend this hotel I will stay here again !

Great location, any problems I had at hotel the staff accommodated me and fixed the problem to my satisfaction. A lot can be to said about customer service. Great value for the money, not a 5 star but if your just sleeping than it will do.

Staff friendly, noise level from club next door unbearable!

Stayed at the hotel for 11 days, enjoyed the staff! My room was on the 11th floor, which I paid extra for, and the noise from the club next door was horrible til about 4AM every night! The hotel provided ear plugs, but why should I pay extra for a deluxe room and still need ears plugs !! After a few days I was tired enough to sleep part of the night, despite the noise coming from the club! If not for the friendly staff, this hotel would not have been tolerable!! I would never ever consider staying here again!
