Our stay was only for 1 night. We were leaving on a cruise the next afternoon from Vancouver. The room size makes our ship cabin look big! It is $30 to $40 cab ride from the airport to the hotel. The hotel promises free shuttle from the hotel to the cruise pier. We were told we could not schedule a time until the next morning. When we tried the next morning at 8;30, we were told they were already full for the day. Another $10 cab ride to the pier.  Our money would have been better spent at a more expensive hotel with a real shuttle from the airport and to the pier.

The location of this hotel was pretty good, close to public transportation and Canada Place (where people boarding the cruise and shuttles to parks). The room was kind of too small though. Also, the wireless internet signal was very weak in the room and I was not able to use the Wi-Fi on my phone without breaking up. Overall, considering the price and the time I stayed in my hotel room, I would think it is of reasonable value.

Great location outside of Stanley Park. Hotel is older and the doors to the room do not close automatically nor open easily. Neat Hotel but you pay for what you get. For me and my son (10), it worked due to location and proximity to Lion's Gate Bridge. Parking is expensive downtown and they do not have a garage - only Valet for $30 or 33/night.

I knew I was in the right place as soon as I walked in the door. From a smiling welcome to the moment I checked out, I felt I was with family. The staff was very knowledgable and was able to tell me where I should go to enjoy my short stay in Vancouver. There was complimentary business center in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I did not take advantage of the hotel restaurant, however, the pub next door will meet your needs. The location was great and so was the price. I have already decided to visit Vancouver in the near future and I will stay in this hotel! Don't pass up this great opportunity!!

i had my room and train ticket reserved weeks in advance and at the last moment the train was delayed a few hours. The staff was more than willing to stay up the extra hours for my girlfriend and I to check in well past the normal check in hours, and with a smile in their face. Thanks!
