I chose this hotel because it was halfway between the airport and a trauma hospital my family member was in. I never slept in the room. I got off plane, checked in at hotel and went straight to the hospital. I never left the hospital. On day of check out, I called hotel to ask what time my things needed to be removed. They said 12pm. When I got there at 11:30, all of my toiletries and personal items on bathroom sink had been THROWN OUT. the maid did not bother to look for my in packed luggage in the room, or to call the front desk when she saw my toiletries out on the counter. Although the manager offered to pay for me to go buy new ones, I obviously wanted to get back to the hospital ASAP.Very disappointing, especially since I called and explained the situation beforehand.

This was my 12th or so stay this year at this property, and will continue to stay here off and on for the next 6 months. Overall it's pretty good, but the internet service has bandwidth issues that have been ongoing all year. You've been warned. I stay here due to company travel policy but may have to buy an aircard out of my pocket to get everything done in a decent amount of time.

Easy to find in an interesting part of town. Staff friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and well-appointed. However, with entances at the ends of a very long building, it can quite a walk to get to an interior room - as I had. Restaurant was exceptional. Check-in and check-outquick and easy.

Booked Courtyard as a ""treat"" for my family to stay while visiting grandparents this Thanksgiving. Didn't do my research. Hotel is fine, and is a ""step up"" from the family hotels we usually use. Thermostat-controlled air instead of the noisy window unit, upscale furniture with lots of storage, nice beds, slightly nicer toiletries. But for us, the fact that the free internet requires a wired connection was a real drawback (parents are stuck to the desk and in the way, and only one can use it at a time). And who would have thought a hotel in this range wouldn't have free breakfast? We left after one night and moved to the Fairfield next door. Identical room size and layout with more ""basic"" furniture, same beds and bedding, free breakfast, and wifi. For $30 less per night. The only reason I'd stay there again would be if I cared about the indoor pool or the central air.
