This is my second time here. They are very friendly to families. They have a heated pool, they told us they were sold out and to go to the continental breakfast early and we did. They have waffle maker, juices, eggs, sausage, yogurt and lots of pastries to choose. The also had a sofa bed in our room. The only bad thing is paying for parking

Ivan the shuttle driver and David at the front desk were both excellent! But, the whole shuttle service is a disaster. They tell you it runs from 7am - 10pm, but then they change it at last minute and don't inform you, so you are stuck having to pay for a taxi. The breakfast was ok, good waffles, but the eggs and sausage were cold. Only one restaurant close by, but prices and food were mediocre. You would think if a hotel was on "Hotel Circle", that there would be different food options.

All 3 of us were impressed with the hotel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast room and food was excellent!!! Always very busy, but the staff did a good job to try and keep up with the demands.

weve stayed here multiple times and has always been great, i like that its just minutes from sea world and the zoo which is where we go when we come to san diego to visit. very cozy and nice staff , a plus is having cribs for babies as we have a 14 month old and came in super handy . we will definitley stay here again in the future

We enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 queens and a pullout and still plenty of room to walk around. The only downsides (relatively small concerns) were - hard to figure out how to drive here - the on-ramp doubles as access to frontage road and dim lighting in the bathroom area - hard to put on makeup accurately.
