Nice quiet room, good variety of breakfast items, clean. Only complaint would be that the pool area was closed due to maintenance and no water in the pool. We actually remembered to bring swimsuits this time and could not use them!

10/04/2012Even though there is no smoking in the rooms, our room had previously been a smoking room and it still smelled that way.

My husband, two young kids and I had a great weekend in Door County. We wanted to visit places further north, but everything was booked. This place worked out great! The kids had fun in the pool, and the hot breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, and the location was not that far from the attractions further north that we were heading to. We were in Egg Harbor in 30 minutes or less. The restaurant in the adjoining parking lot was also very good, and there is a Walgreens across the street for anything you have forgotten. There is a gas station down the block as well, so this was a good location to stay when heading farther afield.

Given that I like to travel on the cheap, this was a bargain. Not a lot of money, and a great value for the price. If you're looking for a host of service amenities (spa, weight room, etc., you might not care for it, but all I'm after is the basics, well done. They do that, ande I'd be happy to re-visit them.

The room was clean, recently remodeled, and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Thur. night and Sun. night were nice and quiet, but Fri. and Sat. night were noisy. I had a ground floor room and when people checked in upstairs they kept me awake tromping around. I would definitely stay here again in the off season and try to avoid the week end.
