I book this hotel online a few weeks before my trip and the price was just rigth! The room so clean. My wife has issues with hotel bathrooms and she say that this hotel was ok! Hope to find more promotion on this hotel next time I need to book on El Paso, tx.

I really enjoyed the stay. There were more pluses than negatives. But those you get at every hotel. The hotel was great but so big. We had to walk far from the elevator to the room. A couple of front desk attendents gave "attitude" but the majority were friendly.

I had mixed thoughts on selecting this for my trip. Some said it was bad, some said it was OK. I should have listened to the 'bad'. They have painted, wallpapered, put down new carpet and added new drapes. But at the end of the day, it is still shabby with a lot of disrepair. The furniture is old and horribly beat up. The mattress [king] was so hard I had sores on my hips [side sleeper] The waste basket was positioned by the toilet, which was 7ft from the sink. The towels for the shower were placed by the sink, which was 5.5 feet from the shower. There was no towel bar near the shower on which one could place their towel. I repaired the shaving mirror with my nail file, but it still isn't that usable as the light is so poor. The lighting throughout is from the 80's, 20 watt or less so one really can't see a thing. The side chair was not something one would want to sit in for long to read or relax. The ceiling is so thin that every step of someone overhead is heard loud and clear. My room still hadn't been made up by 4:00 pm. There are multiple entry doors so one can park by their room. Staff never bothered to mention that to me and let me drag my suitcase all the way to the back end of the hotel. Breakfast is servered until 9a during the week. I called down at 9:05 and was told I was too late. On Sunday, when service ends at 10a, people were still served well past the hour. The food selection was OK, but was cold, the milk was warm. the layout was of such a fashion as to allow little kids to pick through/over everything. I only ate what was packaged. I think I've painted enough of a picture here for other potential reservers. OH-The TV was very nice.
