When we arrived at the hotel from the airport there were staff members at the front door that came right out and opened the car doors for us, helped us gather luggage and directed us into the lobby. The hotel staff was wonderful. From the front desk to the maid service.. wonderful. The rooms were decorated boutique style. Very well done, comfortable and cute. This hotel is central to a lot of great things. Most notable is Fishermans Warf. Lot's of great things to do there and only about two blocks away. The hotel was instrumental in getting tours lined up for us and helping us decide what to see and do. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very dissapointed with this hotel. The staff was not that friendly or helpful. We had several unexpected charges including holds on our visa card and parking costs. This hotel does not provide any parking for their customers, nor will they validate public parking for their customers. So the customers are forced to pay $*/day for valet at the hotel or $*/day for public parking where your car is not safe. Times are hard for everyone right now and any chance we can get on very little money to go on vacation is important to us. Having to pay over $* in unexpected charges is not something anyone can do these days without feeling dissapointed. I will not go back to this hotel and my husband agrees with me!
