My husband and I stayed here for our aniversary and it was amazing. The hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk most places and get on the trolley/bus to go everywhere else. The hotel is very close to the main trolley stop. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were very roomy. They allowed pets (I think small dogs), so they had treats downstairs for them everyday, as well as, complimentary wine tastings every evening. The staff was very friendly; helping us with anything we needed. The only hotel I will stay at in San Fran.

This is a very nice hotel just a couple of blocks from Fisherman's Wharf. We had two rooms and the one on the main street was a little noisy, but the room that overlooked the atrium was very quiet. The lobby feels like a large family room in a nice house, with fireplace and family style seating. The wine tasting in the afternoon and coffee in the morning was also pleasant, although sometimes crowded. This was a good place to come back to after long days of sight seeing in San Francisco.

The room was not too big but cozy and with a nice view to a patio,the bathroom has nice tile. Every attraction you want to see is close to the hotel(walking 10-15 minutes) ex. fisherman's wharf,pier 39,to the sightseing bus,IHOP,McDonald's.It has a nice restaurant on the ground floor with good food, and reasonable prices. The area is pretty safe to walk at night. Distance from the airport 25 mins aprox.

Hotel was in a great location. Right around the corner from a cablecar stop and only a couple of blocks away from Fisherman's Wharf. We arrived at 9:30 A.M and were able to check in then as they had an available room. The room was right off the lobby but surprisingly quiet. Beds were not as clean as I like. Requested clean linens and comforter change and they took care of it immediately. Staff was always helpful. Would stay there again.
