Great value for the locale.

Close to Sequia with good amenities - fridge, microwave, continental breakfast, pool & spa. Room was fairly spacious, clean, but the water had a sulphur smell. OK to shower but not great for drinking or brushing your teeth. The staff were very nice, even fired up the spa in the rain for us because our 10 year old wanted to go in. We would definately go back again.

We wanted to stay several days in Three Rivers. In August it is very crowded and expensive, so we picked this hotel because they had a promotional offer that made the average night rate reasonable. We were a little apprehensive because we read reviews about the bad smelling water, but actually it was okay when we arrived. The next day, though, the water was actually smelling funny, but it was always clean and clear. Our room was in the old buliding: it was okay and we could see that some pieces of furniture were new (lamps, bathroom tile...) The only annoying thing was that in one of the bed there were bugs (fleas?): we could see every morning little red stains (from blood?) on the sheets and though the housekeeper would change the sheets every day, they would come back the next morning. The other bed was clean. The pool water was greenish and not very attractive, but it would do to cool down in the very hot day, though we actually preferred to walk to the nearby beautiful river for that purpose. Breakfast was fine, with a good choice of food and well supplied. Overall, this hotel is okay for a one night stay, but needs some quality improvements.

Horrible. Worst hotel experience I've ever had... bugs in sink/bathroom. water smelled...sulfury, cold 'hot' tub, pool water merky and green looking, no fruit except green oranges on the breakfast, I took a cold shower after waiting 30mins for them to turn on the hot water more to have nothing changed and to be told that the water wouldn't be any warmer. The manager did not do anything about any of these problems. Horrible time, most uncomfortable, made for a unenjoyable vacation.

The motel was friendly, clean and pretty nice. Unfortunately, the water is well water with a very high sulfur concentration. Everything smelled like rotten eggs. Especially my hair after taking a shower. Who wants to brush your teeth with such foul water? Breakfast was surprisingly nice. Fresh waffles, yogurt, pastries, hard boiled eggs. All frequently replenished. Smelly water is the killer.

07/30/2010Staff is very friendly and helpful. was disappointed in room, but my fault - should have asked for upgrade. room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. good deal for cost.
