We arrived on Christmas day and had the smoothest check in ever. Desk attendants even pulled up maps and directions to where we asked right then for us. We had a lovely 7 night stay with absolutely no problems and the most comfortable bed that we've ever experienced in a hotel. I would refer this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was the venue for an Irish Dance competetion that my daughter was a participant in. The event was very well managed, which is no easy feat! We look forward each year to this June competition in Phoenix to get a jump on summer, and the opportunity to relax by a pool is a huge draw. In this case, the pool area was a disappointment - inadequate seating of poor quality - broken lounge chairs - trash around the pool deck. In addition, the room, while spotless, was in a bit of disrepair. the (mirrored) closet door was literally falling off, as was the door to the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. Several requests to the front desk for repairs were fruitless. On a positive note, staff was extremely friendly, the morning coffee service in the lobby was lovely and the free wi-fi was a pleasant and welcome surprise. With a little attention to the physical plant, this hotel has the potential to be a charming mid-range destination. I would certainly give it another try!

My mom and I had to stay overnight in Phoenix to catch an early flight to Memphis the next day. The hotel was great- offering free shuttle service, very nice atmosphere, quiet and close to airport. Rooms were nice and price was reasonable. I would definitely stay there again!

Nice resort property -- comfortable room, restaurant had good food and service, and the grounds and pool area were well maintained. But, the desk personnel have no clue when it comes to their 'free' shuttle service from the airport and back. I called upon arrival and was told where to wait for the shuttle and was advised that it would be there in about 10 minutes. After three more calls and 45 minutes the shuttle showed up. A taxi would have only been about $* which I would have gladly spent to get one more hour in the sun at pool-side my one day in Phoenix. Each time I called I was assured it would be there in a few minutes. That night I reserved the shuttle for my next day's return to the airport. At the appointed time I was at the hotel lobby pickup, but no shuttle until 25 minutes after my scheduled departure time; the driver had gone to pick up other guests at a local shopping center apparently without regard for my scheduled time. So, now my leisurely trip to the airport would be rushed and stressful. As I was leaving the lobby, I heard the desk clerk answer the phone and tell the person: Yes, our free shuttle will pick you up in about 10 minutes. Take a taxi when you stay at this resort.
