  The palce was great, except for the breakfast. The breakfast that was free only consisted of bread, cereal, juice, and fruit. The food that had to be bought was not high priced, but it was not good at all.

  We stayed 1-night before a Cruise from the Ft-Lauderdale Cruise Terminal. The room on the 6th floor was verry roomy with a sitting area and two Queen Beds. Very nice. The Breakfast Buffet was nice, but the $5 fee/night for parking was unexpected. Problems arose when I needed to drop off a Rental Car at the nearby FLL Airport. supposedly, there is a free shuttle to-from the Airport, but when I called the number they gave me, I was put on hold until I gave up and took a cab. They also advertised Shuttle service to the Cruise Terminal at $7 a head. It was not well organized, and the guy in charge (not a hotel employee) told us that the bus was stuck in traffic, and that we had to wait another hour or so! He told us, "Not to worry about it." Having had recent experience with the local taxi service, we opted for a cab to the terminal, and got there quickly. The $14 covered the fare with a $3 tip for the cabby. The hotel should fire their shuttle service provider.

  THERE WERE BUGS ALL OVER THE CEILING AT THE FORT LAUDERDALE NORTH FACILITY, AND I HAVE PICTURES OF THE BUGS THAT WERE THERE. I STAYED AT THE ESTABLISHMENT IN DEC 2010 AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK CONCERNING THE HORRIBLE STAY. I WAS UP UNTIL 3.30 AM WASHING ALL OF MY CLOTHES DUE TO THE BUG ISSUE AND HAD A FLIGHT DUE OUT AT 6.20 AM. I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT washing clothes because of an inhumane enviorment. I used to be a frequent customer
