- Hyatt Place will allow up to 2 Housebroken household pets (defined as a dog or declawed cat) per room. The hotel will charge a Non Refundable fee of 150.00 for the 1st pet and an additional 50.00 fee for the 2nd pet in the room. Pets cannot exceed 50 lbs. Service Animals are exempt from fees.

This hotel was great but they allow dogs and we were across the hall from a room that had a small dog that was left for hours barking to the point we had to be moved to another floor. Shame on the dog owner! Thanks to the hotel and staff for moving us for the night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet, too, with no occupant noise from adjacent rooms. Plenty of Parking, but with a late arrival expect to walk 50-100 yards from the car to the closest door. Morning Breakfast was better than usual, with eggs, pancakes, and breakfast meats fresh and refreshed at reasonable intervals. A very good value for a near-airport hotel. Wireless was fast, and easily supported streaming media and SecureVLAN clients.

Our room was dirty, we had our son with us who is crawling a lot and the carpet was filthy, dust on the shelving. The window was extremely drafty and controlling the temp in the room was impossible. Even with the new AC unit they put in. Hotel was conveniently located, staff was helpful and friendly. The pool room was about 90 degrees, the water was freezing!
