We were very impressed with this hotel. Great location! Staff was wonderful and the room was very large and spacious and most importantly - CLEAN! Room was exactly as pictured and every time we arrived back, the whole hotel smelled fresh like they had just cleaned. Will definitely stay here when we visit Atlanta again.

Ok so I have stayed at a Hyatt Place twice so far, and I think they're great places to stay. So far so good, they are clean, quaint, and nice for a good stay at a good price. I don't want to suggest that the staff wasn't nice, but I feel that they weren't completely honest. I showed up a bit early, and although I didn't expect to receive an early check in, I thought I would ask anyway. The lady at the fron tdesk advised me that they could only give me a double for an early check in, instead of the king (which I had reserved). I declined and advised I would rather wait for my king room. So i come back a half an hour (2:30) before check-in (3:00), and this time asked the gentleman at the front desk if maybe there was now a king available. He said no, only doubles. So my wife and I hung around the lobby (which is nice and clean), and in the whole half hour, not one person/couple/group checked out. So I wonder why wouldn't they allow us in the room a half an hour before our check in. Had we seen people checking out at that time, then I would have understood, but noone did. So it leads me to think, that they hold off to the very last minute to try and bang their buck, instead of allowing us to check in simply 30 minutes before? Ok, maybe I am harboring on this a bit too much, it's just that many places will allow an early check in very often when the room is available, especially only 30 minutes before regular check-in...so why not them? Other than this they stay is great, and would def stay again...

Wow, I was really impressed with this place. After a very long car ride from South Florida to Atlanta, this is exactly what we needed. The rooms were very big and extremely clean, great if traveling with children. Would definitely stay there again!!!

This was a nice location site and the desk clerks made you feel welcome from the time you walked in until you left. I felt safety because everything was in place and you didn't have any thing to worry about. the breakfast was nice. I will come back again. Thank You, Winner Dickerson

Spent three nights at this hotel and it spoiled me for another hotel. The Staff but especially Pam, was wonderful. Everyone polite and wanted our stay to be special and it sure was. Will definately return soon. My only problem was no shuttle to the airport.
