Great location. Easy and beautiful walk to Downtown Disney. Hotel rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Perfect for the weekend getaway we made. Would have no problems for a longer stay as well. Would return again.

Everything on a trip to disney is expensive, but the hotel wasnt that bad, pricewise. Pool was warm, jacuzzi was hot, beds were uncomfortable, but i dont like hotel beds typically. Only negavie thing was you couldnt get a shuttle to downtown disney, had to walk that. Phillip at the front desk was quite possible the nicest person i have ever met!

MY FAVORITE BEDS ARE USUALLY MARRIOTTS HIGHER END HOTELS; THIS DOUBLETREE IS A MATCH; WE COULD STAY IN BED ALL DAY. STAFF AND ROOM SERVICE WERE GREAT. HOTEL LOBBY AND BAR INVITING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The hotel staff was welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic. Warm chocolate chip cookie for each guest was a real treat! Room was clean, but smaller than expected. In fact, the suite was not as pictured (two double beds in one room instead of 2 bedrooms with 1 double each) and the "view of the pool" was only if you pressed hard against the window and looked at an angle! Also we had a party of 6 guests and not enough pillows or towels. Had to request more of each. However, easy to get to Downtown Disney and staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions.

My husband, two and a half year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a few days to go to Disney. The price and location were great. It is down the street from Downtown Disney and on Disney property. We wanted a suite so our daughter could sleep in a different room from us and to also have access to a fridge and microwave. The rooms could use a little updating - fridge wobbled a little and one of the chairs had pen mark all over the arm - but nothing that really bothered us since we were there with a two year old. We asked for a pack and play before checking in and there was not one in the room and we went to the desk to ask for one again and it took 30-45 minutes to get one. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful - except for one of the gentlemen at the concierge desk who tried his best to be helpful, but was actually more trouble than helpful. The warm cookies at check in were a nice treat. It was everything we expected and wanted - reasonably priced, good location and a place to rest our heads after long days at Disney. There was a pool and a playground, but we did not get to use them during our stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for those things.
