This hotel was beautiful inside and out. There wasn't one thing I could find that wasn't pleasing. Room was huge, the gym was nice, and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay on Michigan Ave.

The Allerton's location is ideal, just off Michigan Ave. and very near shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The room was a bit small and oddly distributed, but very comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful and attentive. I would stay here again.

I loved the location right around the corner from the Magnificent Mile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. It was not suited for more than one person. I wouldn't stay there again.

We booked our trip in the middle of winter so we got a great deal on this hotel. The rooms aren't the biggest but they're comfortable enough for two people and look amazing. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Staying here made me feel like I was on a luxury vacation without paying a high price.
