The pillows were wonderful.

Much better than expected for an airport hotel

I came to Phoenix for a recruiting visit and stayed at the Crown Plaza Phoenix Hotel. Upon arriving I felt very welcome and enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was clean, relaxing and comfortable.

The light rail is literally right outside the front door. Excellent to get to ASU/downtown Tempe. There wasn't much to do right adjacent to the hotel tho. Even so, the hotel was nice and clean and we ate at the on site restaurant for breakfast. Staff was helpful and corteous.
