The hotel was beautiful! Condo style property, with multiple pools and hot tubs. The rooms have incredible views, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud and the rooms are spacious and clean. The property is quiet, and has nature trails, vegetable and herb gardens and horseback riding. The Staff was courteous, professional and went out of their way to fulfill my requests, such as transportation to Phoenix for myself, husband and son when at the last minute, my Mother couldn't take us. The only down side was the cost of the Thanksgiving Buffet. My 2 year old was charged $40.00 and I know of no 2 year old that could possibly eat $40.00 worth of food. However, the food was very good and the Staff made Thanksgiving a wonderful experience.

Outstanding! Very beautiful, very quiet, and plenty to do just at the Resort! They have nature trails on the property, several swimming pools, a wonderful restaurant, etc! The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud! I will definitely be back!

The hotel itself is getting old but is still impressive. Its setting is really nice - very much a 'desert resort.' When we checked in, I was impressed by the lobby and staff. They offered us an upgrade at a very reasonable price and we accepted. However, when we got to the room, we discovered a small pile (8-10) of dead beetles in the middle of the dressing room floor. I was grossed out and couldn't pick them up. Housekeeping came over and cleaned them up. I still didn't want to go barefoot in the room but the rest of the room seemed fairly clean. There were sticky places on the table and the binder that holds all of the hotel info had a few pages stuck together. When I picked up the bathmat before taking a shower, I found a huge black beetle (dead) inside the bathmat. That was almost my undoing. Even now I shudder... I got the distinct impression that they do spray for bugs (which is a good thing) but I think someone really should have checked the room before renting it out. I believe the room hadn't been used in awhile. We ordered room service for breakfast and thought the selection and food were great. A little on the expensive side but still very good.

The Wyndham Resort is an excellent place to stay year round. It is a great deal during the summer months when hotel prices drop dramatically in Tucson. We took one of the rooms by the pool which made everything at the Hotel convenient. However, the other Hotel rooms offer more privacy and some peace and quiet. The staff at the Westward Look is outstanding. Good happy hour offers at the bar and food was good too. We loved the coffee shop in the Lobby area where you could get fresh blueberry muffins each morning and Starbucks coffee.
