First impression make a big difference

I did not feel like I was welcome to this hotel, front desk personnel was not informative . I've been to a sister hotel an they made us feel special not just another local from another island. Will I stay their again no, I will go back to the sister hotel again.At the sister hotel, from the time we check in to the time we left the front desk personnel are awesome .

07/06/2012The hotel charges $20 for every 24hrs you have your car parked there but as soon as we checked out at 12am were were not allowed to park there anymore ...
The hotel charges $20 for every 24hrs you have your car parked there but as soon as we checked out at 12am were were not allowed to park there anymore even though the "24 hrs" werent up untill 5pm. The rooms are very out dated and tub looked dirty. You can find a much better hotel for just a couple buck more. Also they didn't include breakfast

05/14/2012The room is very clean and its at a very good location. however, the front desk staff didn't show the welcoming to guests. maybe because i booked the package ...
The room is very clean and its at a very good location. However, the front desk staff didn't show the welcoming to guests. Maybe because I booked the package through traveling websites instead of making the reservation directly from the hotel. The way the staffs there at the front desk are rude and no smiley faces. This was my second time visiting this hotel and I definitely won't go back to this hotel or recommend it to my friends.
