I liked this hotel because it was in a good location. The rooms were clean. It was very quiet.When you see airline crews coming in to stay you know it is quite. That is a good way to tell if the hotel if worth staying at. I am planning a trip back and I am going to stay at the Ohana Waikiki West. I Truly like staying their. Also the front desk was very nice she even shared her donuts with us.

I liked this hotel because it was in a good location. The rooms were clean. It was very quiet.When you see airline crews coming in to stay you know it is quite. That is a good way to tell if the hotel if worth staying at. I am planning a trip back and I am going to stay at the Ohana Waikiki West. I Truly like staying their. The service was very good when we first checked in and while we were there. My problem was when we checked out. Our pickup time was at 6p.m. ,check out at the hotel was 11a.m. We asked at the desk about our luggage it was kept in a secure area till time for departure which was a great help to us. But the wait in the lobby was something to be desired. We had a hard time using the bathrooms as a key card had to be used even in the lobby area, and our key cards expiered at 12 noon. The desk people acted offended because we asked to use the facilities we were also told that we would be allowed the use of a room to freshenup before we left for our flight no one seemed to know what we were talking about. Had we known the trouble we would have it would have been to our advantage to book the room for one more day even if we didn't stay the night.The room we were in could have used some updating but the maid service was very good as was the help we recieved when we needed help getting from one place to another. Overall for the price the hotel was good and in a great location for the area and beach.

Over all the hotel was OK. The location was great and the staff was nice; especially the maids. But the room did not look as nice as the pictures. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The hall ways had a funny smell. My 10 year old daughter kept complaining of the smell everytime we walked in the hall way. She did not like the hotel at all. The parking was terrible. We paid $18/day for parking that was too small and hard to get in and out of. On some weekends, I was not able to get out of the parking lot because my car was blocked by another car. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before someone moved the other car. This hotel needs to be renovated.

Over all the hotel was OK. The location was great and the staff was nice; especially the maids. But the room did not look as nice as the pictures. The room was small, especially the bathroom. The hall ways had a funny smell. My 10 year old daughter kept complaining of the smell everytime we walked in the hall way. She did not like the hotel at all. The parking was terrible.
