Great rates with a centrally located venue! This hotel had excellent staff and security with a great location. Easy access to restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and of course the wonderful Waikiki Beach!

i had a great time in Ohana Waikik West .
11/14/2010The hotel was clean,housekeeping was good at keeping the room in order. front desk was helpful in giving information on how to travel by bus in honolulu.

Staff was very helpful with all areas. Parking was an issue, but they were able to solve the problem. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. The location was great, walking distance to many different activities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Staying @ the Ohana Waikiki West was terrible. Out of 3 elevators, 2 were always out, had to wait at least 10 mim for elevator or walk up! Complaints from other guests were always heard!!!!!!! Room air conditioner leaked!! Not pleased at all!!

Stayed there recently. The hotel isnt bad but if you like sleeping on springs in the beds and a shower 1 skinny person can hardly fit in then this is the hotel for you!!! Parking is a nightmare as well and very expensive !!! Pay by the day or week the rate does not change and they hammer you!!!
