Very disappointed
04/26/2011Room smelled like lysol. toilet backed up second day there. took over an hour to get someone to the room to fix the toilet.

GREAT HOTEL WITH LOTS OF AMENITIES
04/15/2011This is a great place to take kids, since it has water parks, etc. restaurants are good.
THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO TAKE KIDS, SINCE IT HAS WATER PARKS, ETC. RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD.

My family stayed there in August, 2010. We all had great time . My kids loved the lazy river and all the pools. The resort was just as nice on the inside as it was on the outside . The employees were very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The resort is great for families and has many things for all ages to enjoy. The only complaint I have is that the peak travel times create a chaotic scene at the pools. My kids loved the pools and the lazy river, but the staff needs to do a better job in maintaining order. Many kids were unruly, throwing basketballs across the pools without regard for others. Mass chaos, and no attendants (or parents for that matter) seemed to care that kids were getting hit in the head and dunked under when kids were tackling each other. There were plenty of workers around, teenagers mostly, who didn't care what was happening.

We were treated so well it made us feel like being in a home away from home. There was nothing the hotel staff would not do to make our stay comfortable. I had purchased earrings in the gift shop at the resort, and lost one after coming home. I sent an e-mail to the hotel and had a call directly from the gift shop, and they are sending me another pair. I could not believe that they would do that. We loved the resort, and would return again. We were also given free internet which was not included in the price of the resort.
