The pictures do no represent this place. The check in process with the guest services manager was underwhelming. He said only one room was available and it was minutes from 4:00, we did not get correct bed type, we did get a dirty room that overlooked the housekeeping area, thus the view was dirty linens and the back of a work area. I asked if there was an area that was more recently renovated he said no and handed us our room key. He could not have cared less about the guests. The room was dirty and half way through the fridge broke, and our kiddos milk etc. spoiled. It took a while to get a replacement and of course that lent us to have to tip the guy who brought it. (wasn't his fault). The pool was way over populated, hardly could move about the very old dingy lazy river. The bathtub did not drain well (that is always pleasant) YUCK!! We had a lengthy walk to the lazy river across a parking lot, really could not believe at 4:00 only one room was available due to housekeeping according to the GS manager, but they were knocking bright and early waking us up each morning. The restrooms by the pool were absolutely filthy, wet nasty floor, one of two toilets were soiled. ad there was hair all over the floor, I hardy wanted to let my 3 year old go, but you have to do what you have to do when your room is such a long walk away from the amenities. We spent very little time at the pool as it was just an unpleasant experience. One of the staff did provide my husband a voucher to use while we were there, which was nice so that was appreciated. Wont ever stay again though!

This hotel is clean and the rooms are a nice size. Â Furniture is old though, no microwave. Â Phone and bedroom TV didn't work. Â There is an $18 added resort fee per day to use the pool. Â Long walk to the pool, very crowded. Â It no longer has the resort feel but a crowded hotel that overbuilt the space. Â Parking spaces are at premium, too. Â I am disappointed and will find a new place for our trips to Phoenix. Â When checking out I asked for a comment card and said there were a few maintenance problems but the clerk jotted them on a scrap paper and had no comment card, nor interest in knowing why I was unhappy there.

It was fairly cheap and they upgraded us to a "one bedroom" suite, which was very nice. if i'm ever in phoenix again, i would definitely stay here.
