Swissotel Chicago is a clean, central and modern hotel with a nice architect. Just near to Michigan lake and the river, it has a nice view, both day time and night. It has a sport central at 42nd flour, and a swimming pool + sauna. But, you have to pay 15 USD per day per person. My wife and I had a 3 nice days at this hotel and we became happy.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in June. We had a great time swimming in the pool which was on the 42nd floor with a great view. The room service food was great. All was going well when my son got away from us. The Security at the hotel was excellent and we had a happy ending when they found our little guy walking back to Mellenium Park. Highly recommend this hotel for a downtown Chicago visit.

I thought the Swiss Hotel was a little bit better than a good deal. I was pleased by the rooms, the ammenities and the service, generally. I really loved the elevators that are programed to take you where you want to go. My only complaint is the location, which is away from it all, next to that awful Hyatt. I suppose you can't have everything. Where would you put it?

My wife and I spend our first anniversary at the Swissotel in Chicago, and the accommodations were wonderful! Overall I would say it's a good value for the money. The staff was supremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They responded, with a smile, to every request we made quickly and thoroughly.
