From the moment of our arrival, it was just super. We were there on business, but the friendly atmosphere and attention made the trip a very pleasurable holiday with work thrown in. We booked the hotel with our air fare and the "deal" was just like a dream. The only bad thing was that after all that we had to leave to return home. Wonderful!!

This was a treat for my family and the hotel lived up to everything we expected and more. The hotel saff could not have been better. They were warm, welcoming and extremely responsive. The was great and the beds were awesome!

Had booked a weekend getaway with my girl. Everything was wonderful when we checked in. After we went out for the evening we came back to complete chaos. It turns out the SF 49ers were staying there for the championship game. I thought "Oh NO....noise all night...kids running around"! I was prepared for the worst. As it turns out the staff did an amazing job of creating order out of chaos. No problems. Fans trying to get a glimpse were kept orderly. We ended up having a wonderful weekend. Thanks Ritz!!!

My husband and I visited the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta for our anniversary we always heard about the reputation the hotel had for impeccable service but experiencing it was a total pleasure. From the bellman outside to the employees at the front desk and everybody in between we were treated like royalty every night we were there. The hotel is also beautifully designed and we enjoyed eating at the Atlantic Grill Restaurant inside the hotel, will definitely visit another Ritz Carlton (just not sure I would visit Atlanta again not much to do).
