Location is horrible. Very busy streets. Convention center near by. The atrium was beautiful, but I thought it would be much larger. Valet was quick if you had cash in hand. Breakfast was typical omelett bar, fruit, yogurt al a carte meat and pancakes. Breads, danishes were old and stale. Just so so. The suite could be worth it with several people sharing the bill.

This is a wonderful hotel. Very close to Seaport Village, a great shopping area and the bay. Downfall is you have to pay $29 per day for parking. This was not disclosed until we arrived. The offset is a free breakfast (buffet and very good) and free happy hour every day.

My girl friend and I had two nights to spend in San Diego and we chose Embassy Suites due to the convenient location, great accommodations, restaurants and excellent staff. The room was all we could hope for and our experience - wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to the area and definitely plan to come back!

we paid for a king bayview but when we got there they told us they didn't have one (had obviously given it away) and that they don't guarantee third party reservations. They moved us into a proper room for our second night and our check in person was nice about it but I would not have paid for a king with bayview knowing I would get two double and city view (which was priced less expensive). Rooms are comfortable and clean and the deal for breakfast and drinks can't be beaten.
