Go into NYC very often. My sister treats at Memorial Sloan and we find ourselfs in the city for over-nighters very often. Have stayed at Many, Many hotels But I must say The Affinia Manhattan and Gardens are The Best. The rooms are Very large, and Very comfortable. Clean, Friendly, Great Locations, etc. Can-Not say enough Good about them. We've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that are just beautiful But The Affinia's allow you Room and Space to really feel comfortable.

I enjoyed our stay. The shower was especially good, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was recently updated and the room furnishings and decoration looked quite new. We were on the 14th floor and could hear some street noise, but I've never stayed anywhere in New York that was very quiet. The room was rather small, but there was room to walk around all sides of the bed. Not bad for New York. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On the day we arrived, a maid went out of her way to be sure we could find our room. If you just looked like you had a question, a staff member was likely to ask if you needed help. It was a short walk to Times Square and right across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.

We stayed in a suite for five days. The room had two beds and a small kitchen area which was a big plus. The room also had a work desk and a chair. The location is excellent for shopping. The only drawback was the small bathroom. There is almost no counter space. A good value for the amount of room you get and I would stay there again.

The room was spacious and had the most comfortable beds. Only one mirror in the entire room, no full length mirror. Nice to have kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, freezer with ice trays and microwave. Staff very helpful and easy going. Room was next door to the Fire Station but didn't hear the sirens very often.
