I stayed here for two nights initially as I was in Phoenix for my company and found this place by chance as a to secret hotel. At first I was reluctant and should have followed my hunch. The staff at night, at the front desk were unable to assist me with my simple request as they could not speak even basic English. Even though I speak Spanish she was unable to operate the computer system to complete my request. BIG big let down. The staff member who checked me in was very rude and impolite, to boot. I was intending on staying for another two nights as the project I came in town turned into a much larger deployment. I was performing the work overnight and informed the front desk I was going to renew for 2 more nights, and that I would inform them when I had completed the reservation online (so I could get the same cheap rate)... All went well there. Then once I I informed the manger that I had completed the reservation, upon arrival back to my room about 40 minutes after completing the booking, the manger came up to my room, pounding on my door, waking me up... Came to tell me that I had been smoking in their room and I had 30 minutes to leave or the police would be called. Considering I had been at work all night, and had not smoked in the room as I smoke outside only, as I hate the smell myself, I was rather set back by her accusations. I have NEVER been asked to leave a hotel before and was told I would not get my money back. So I called corporate and told them what was going on and that if I had been smoking in the room why did they wait till I booked my reservation? Considering I spoke to the same person on the phone who informed me I had to leave, I feel I was being ripped off. I'm glad corporate refunded my stay and let me take my time to get my bags together to go to a real hotel. A clean and sanitary one at that. I will be posting my review to as many places as I can. You had plenty opportunity to ask and let me know what your plans were, I certainly gave you the due respect... Then to try to regain your losses because I booked for half the price, is flat out unethical. Get some staff that know how to speak English, please, some cleaners who know how to get hair out if the shower drain and pubes off of the toilet seat. Most of all, get a clue. I won't stay here and wouldn't recommend you do, either.

Very nice! Great price, and heated pool! Very friendly staff and location was great! The rooms were clean and well kept! i would definitely recommend this hotel. I frequently book hotels, from two star up. The hotel exceeded expectations for a hotel rated a two star.
