    The staff was friendly and professional, the wireless worked, as did the air conditioning. The linens and rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and there was plenty of parking. There was a nice outdoor area with trees and landscaping, but I didn't have a chance to explore that The hotel looks to be a bit worn, but that really didn't bother me..everything was perfectly functional.

    Paid for a king size bed & did not get it. *wi-fi never connected & front desk did not know the password. *water in shower was scolding hot even at it' ...

    *PAID FOR A KING SIZE BED & DID NOT GET IT. *WI-FI NEVER CONNECTED & FRONT DESK DID NOT KNOW THE PASSWORD. *WATER IN SHOWER WAS SCOLDING HOT EVEN AT IT'S COLDEST! I COULDN'T RINSE MYSELF. CALLED FRONT DESK & THEY WANTED TO SEND ME TO ANOTHER ROOM TO RINSE MYSELF. NEVER SENT MAINTENANCE GUY LIKE I ASKED THEM TO SO HE COULD FEEL THE UNBEARABLY HOT WATER. I WAS TOLD THE FLOOR I WAS ON HAS PROBLEMS SO THEY "BOIL" THE WATER PIPES. RIDICULOUS!!! *MANAGER COULD CARE LESS WHEN I BROUGHT ALL THIS TO HIS ATTENTION. *POOL LOOKS BETTER & CLEANER IN PICTURES.

    The hotel overall was nice. My only complaints would be the WiFi was horrifically slow and the pool was not maintained. We as guests had to skim the pool ourselves. It was quite dirty.

    After arriving late we has the worst service from the night front desk clerk (Tre). He did not care to help us at all. He was much more interested in his girlfriend who stood at the front desk the whole time. The rest of the staff over the weekend was great. I found out on the second day that this is not a corporate hotel but a franchise. so there were a lot of corners cut and it was not up the standards of the regular chain.
