it's one block down from the beach, but only 2 minutes away and close to everything : ABC store and any other shops are walk-in distance. Room was clean, it was quiet at night. One thing, Wi-fi is only available at the lobby and the pool deck.

Hotel is off the main strip which is the perfect location as you are not in the middle of all the traffc and commotion of the main strip but very close enough to walk to, just a few minutes away. When we arrived, our room was not ready, but we were able to upgrade our hotel to a room on a higher floor facing the ocean. The view was breathtaking. The hotel is very clean and there is a bar and restaurant that is open 24/7. In addition they were able to accomodate us with a late check-out time. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was great!! We didn't want to spend the money on a beachfront hotel and it turned out to be a great decision! The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed!! The beach was a very short walk and shopping was VERY close! We loved the happy hour (Lava lava drink was great!!) on the weekend! The only thing we suggest is not to book your activities through the concierge, they were rude and we found better deals on our own!! There is a hotel shuttle that is $11 each way per person that we found out about too late. There is a free shuttle that runs throughout the city which was great! We rented a car for one day but found that is all we needed, everything else was in walking distance! The best coffee was at a Crepe restraurant a block away.....not at the hotel and not at Seattle's Best.....We took surfing lessons from Tony at Star Beachboys and had a blast!!! Doraku sushi was our FAVORITE restaurant by far....if you like sushi it was fantastic....we ate there 3 times.....DON'T waste your money at Sansei Sushi!!! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!
