    Had an unscheduled aircraft delay, the hotel was really great at working us in, during Pro Bowl no less. The staff was very helpful and cordial. They went out of their way to turn a gone -sour trip into a great memory. To say that I would stay there again is an under-statement. This is my first choice!

    This was a wonderful hotel! The Outrigger Reef has recently been renovated and looked brand new. The cleanliness was exceptional. When we arrived we were very impressed that the whole first floor was open air and very beautiful. The person who checked us in was extremely professional, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our maid even knew our names and addressed us by name when she saw us in the hallway or when we returned in the middle of her cleaning. We had two ocean view rooms which had a breathtaking view of the ocean and Diamond-head. This was our first family vacation (with our grown children) in many years and it certainly lived up to our expectations. At first, we thought we would book the Hilton Hawaiian Village and then decided at the last minute to book this hotel. After seeing how large and spread out the Hilton was, we were very happy with our final decision. This is a fantastic hotel and in the perfect location for EVERYTHING...beach, shopping, tours, etc. I would definitely go back!

    We enjoyed our stay completely. The room was very comfortable. No problems with noise, as I had been warned about. The staff was very accommodating. We had a couple unusual issues. Right on the beach. So much within walking distance. This was the first vacation my husband & I had taken in years, we were not disappointed in any way. I would stay there again, for sure. Mahalo!

    This hotel was just beautiful. We were there for 7 days and 6 nights Oct 3-9. The staff was wonderful and we felt very pampered. We upgraded to an ocean front room on the 3rd day and it was so worth it. The restaurants at the hotel had good food. The Songbird was the most reasonably priced and right on the beach. I cannot think of any negatives about this hotel. It is right in the center of Waikiki and one of the prettiest hotels on the beach.

    The rooms are nice,but would have like to have a microwave did have a wet Bar and Fridge. the breakfast buffet was good with most breakfast food along with pastries and fruit. The hotel pool wad kind of stuck in between the buildings was painted a dark blue and did not appear inviting. The beach at the hotel was pleasent but the water behind the hotel is full of rocks and stone walls u r better off walking down the beach a couple hundred feet and getting into the ocean. Overall the hotel was very good and the room staff was excellent. I would stay here again but would upgrade to a one bed, room ocean view is a waist of time as u r looking at the top of resturant. The hotel is very convient to shopping and resturants. All tours pick up and leave from the hotel.
